About Listening Owl

At our core, we all long for connection—connection to others, to ourselves, and to a life that feels meaningful. But sometimes, pain from the past, unspoken wounds, or overwhelming experiences can make that connection feel out of reach. Whether it’s relationships that feel strained, emotions that feel too heavy to carry, or a sense of being stuck in patterns you can’t explain—know that healing is possible.

At Listening Owl Therapy, I offer a space where your story matters.

 

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with deep respect for how your past—both the known and the unspoken—shapes the way you move through the world today. Trauma doesn’t always come from a single event and can be woven into your body, your nervous system, and your sense of self. Together, we can gently explore those layers to help you reconnect with your inner strength, clarity, and calm.

 

Drawing on my experience as a Behaviour Consultant, I worked closely with families navigating complex behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges. Hence, my online practice is dual-focused:

  • Trauma informed Counselling for individuals, couples and families—supporting healing from trauma, attachment wounds, relational difficulties, and emotional overwhelm.

  • Parent Support & Counselling—equipping parents with practical tools to understand and manage challenging behaviours (such as those related to autism and ADHD), while also providing emotional support for burnout, stress, and self-regulation. I focus on helping parents build resilience and capacity, so they can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their role.

 

Whether you're seeking to heal old wounds, strengthen your relationships, or find more balance in parenting, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support tailored to your needs. While relationships are a key focus in my work, I also hold space for those seeking to understand themselves more deeply and live a life aligned with their values.

Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible, drawing on a variety of modalities to meet your unique needs. I want you to feel in control of your healing. I’ll walk beside you—gently guiding.

I believe that healing happens not through fixing, but through being witnessed—with compassion, presence, and without judgment. My role is to hold space for the parts of you that feel unheard or unseen, and to support you in becoming more anchored, resilient, and whole.

 

I'm passionate about supporting people who carry complex stories—whether rooted in trauma, culture, identity, or intergenerational patterns. I offer sessions in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and bring a culturally sensitive lens to all aspects of my work.
